The Laburnum Retreat is strictly for 2 guests only. We do not accept any arrivals check in after 6:30 pm. One car park space per room is permitted. Strictly guests only no visitors. Hot tubs are in use between 10am and 10pm, any misuse or fake tan will be charged for. Communal BBQ on paddock, these can not be moved, if wishing to use please bring own coal, if weather is bad they are not in use. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Quiet hours are between 10:00:00 and 07:00:00.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

The location and hot tub make this hut a great choice after a long hike! There's everything required for 2 people

Some books and maps on the local area would have been a benefit as there is no WiFi.

The location and the privacy

Checking in earlier and the fact you can only check in after 4pm and the hot tub only until 10pm by the time you have settled in and cooked it’s too late to use the jacuzzi

Location was lovely, very clean and tidy. Overall lovely stay, hot tub was very nice, wonderful bed and heater.

Hot tub 10am - 10pm was restricting. Oven instructions would have been useful, and pre warning of how rough the driveway was, especially for a low car

Excellent location, couldnt be better. The hut was perfect also.

Felt a bit unwelcoming with all the rules, lots of signs, emails about checkin, unessesary parking bollards and rules about hotub use. Not being able to use it on morning of checkout or after 10pm really means your very limited with a one night stay. If it wasnt for all this it would be amazing.
