The Laburnum Retreat is strictly for 2 guests only. We do not accept any arrivals check in after 6:30 pm. One car park space per room is permitted. Strictly guests only no visitors. Hot tubs are in use between 10am and 10pm, any misuse or fake tan will be charged for. Communal BBQ on paddock, these can not be moved, if wishing to use please bring own coal, if weather is bad they are not in use. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Quiet hours are between 10:00:00 and 07:00:00.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Very clean and had everything we needed! Hot tub was ready for us on arrival. It was a very quiet and exactly what we needed :)

The mattress was very comfortable but the bed dipped in the middle which meant I had an uncomfortable sleep. Other than this everything was perfect.

The location was lovely hot tub was nice

The water was cold and we could not shower because it was freezing. The radiator in the bathroom did not get hot at all.

the hot tub and bed

towels were small and weren’t enough for the hot tub too, no body lotion in bathroom, hot water didn’t work in sink, on arrival windows were open so the room was cold

Really nice stay, the hot tub was warm and it was very cosy inside and very clean. Lovely place.

The TV remotes barely worked, so it was quite hard to use the TV. We didn’t see many staff however when we went to the car in the morning a lady was there sorting a stable out and didn’t even acknowledge or say hi to us. Everything else was great but would have appreciated a bit of friendliness.

The hut was lovely. Weather wasn't very good but still got into the hot tub which was already warm on arrival. Very clean and cosy

Location was difficult to find, could do with bigger signs with it being dark by 4pm check in time and wasnt able to get in touch with anybody to help us to find location as they kept declining the call. Outside light didn't work so was difficult to get into key safe and work hot tub. Check in times were quite late and early check out so didn't have much time to do anything.

The location- view from hut pretty

Very poor location in the winter our vehicle got stuck and needed to be towed out which wasn’t great. I slipped and fell out of the hot tub which wasn’t ideal at all. No WiFi or signal The shower was freezing cold The hot tub was not that hot
