The Laburnum Retreat is strictly for 2 guests only. We do not accept any arrivals check in after 6:30 pm. One car park space per room is permitted. Strictly guests only no visitors. Hot tubs are in use between 10am and 10pm, any misuse or fake tan will be charged for. Communal BBQ on paddock, these can not be moved, if wishing to use please bring own coal, if weather is bad they are not in use. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Quiet hours are between 10:00:00 and 07:00:00.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Gorgeous Gorgeous Gorgeous. The location and views were amazing. We can’t believe how little it cost as well, we have stayed in similar in the south and paid £160 a night……. Dear owner, we loved this place, put your price up and install WiFi 👌

Sorry! would have been perfect apart from that. Made you want to vomit when you got a whiff.... Shame such a lovely place and location. Almost perfect.

"Perfect retreat"

Everything was perfect. The bed was comfortable, the location was just we needed for a short retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Local shops only a 10 minute drive away. It is beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

The only thing, is their is no shower mat inside the shower, it was very slippy. Almost fell over a couple of times.

Hi The location and site were absolutely great! Loved the Shepherds Hut - well equipped and comfortable. We only met Rachel - the cleaner who was very nice and helpful. Absolutely loved the hot tub.

As it rained for most of our stay, an outdoor covered area would have been great - maybe an awning over the bench.

The place was really nice. Unfortunately the hot tub went cold on our last day and we couldn't adjust the temperature as it was set. The rules of the place were quite strict but it was a lovely stay in a quiet beautiful part of Derbyshire.

We couldn't adjust the hot tub.
