"Quiet and peaceful"

Comfortable and clean with everything you need. for your stay.

The outside of the cottage could do with a little bit of sprucing up. The holiday park is quite shabby looking which is a bit off putting when you first arrive.

"Excellent"

In a perfect position for the Donkey Sanctuary. Near the town of Sidmouth and handy for Exmouth. Property had all we needed I was cold first 2 nights as weather was atrocious and heating panel not adequate. Would book again though.

"Lovely beach cottage vibes!"

The bed was very comfortable. Decor was bright and quirky and gave lovely beach cottage vibes. Very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The fire place was a lovely cosy touch especially after a wet and windy afternoon kayaking!

The building had a damp musty smell despite the dehumidifier. However this did not affect are stay.

Great touch by the owners with some milk and biscuits to start our stay. Comfortable living area, quiet location. No complaints would stay again

"Bray Cottage"

Very clean , well presented and equipped even down to kitchen roll and cling film! A cosy "cottage" Good location. Good communication from owners. Great for Donkey Sanctuary Overall good stay.

Some difficulties operating heating (individual electrical appliances) and maintaining comfortable temperature ( March). Managed in end. Similar difficulties with shower - either (very) hot or cold. Instructions/ some sort of welcome/info pack as how to use to optimum would have been useful.

Very cosy and quiet.

Extractor fan in the hallway constantly blew out cold air which made it freezing and the shower water didn't get hot enough.

It was just like it said in the description, there was everything we needed in the cottage! It was central to lots of places to visit especially the Donkey sanctuary which is right next door! We will definitely stay there again. 😃
