The location on Long Ashes Park with facilities like parking, the pub and a cafe. Being out in the country side and enjoying watching the wild life from the lodge. Being close to other places to explore like Grassington and Skipton. Receiving an excellent welcome basket.

Lovely well equipped lodge in a quiet location on Longashes park The park is in an excellent location to explore the local area on foot and by car . The host provided a lovely welcome hamper on arrival . The property was clean and the bed was very comfortable and made up with beautiful bed linen if a high quality .

The lodge was so clean and cosy . Wonderful touch’s like games and jigsaws. Beautiful scented candles and Yorkshire hamper added the wow factor .

We liked the beautiful location, the restaurant on site is lovely and cosy. The lodge itself was clean, comfortable and lots of accessories, cooking equipment, smoker on rhe porch. The communication is great if we neexed any information or have questions the reply was instant. Would definitely stay again

Only thing i would say is the hob is very difficult to work, we couldn't get it working and tried everything, looked at the instructions but still couldn't get it working.

This was an outstanding booking ! The lodge had everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of wardrobe and storage space, the kitchen had every appliance, and the lounge was extremely cozy at night. We even got some morning coffee time on the veranda and terrace because of the fabulous weather which was a bonus for early March. The health club pool, gym and spa facilities included with the booking is superb, and is a 2 minute walk from the lodge. We used the pool and steam room every day which was a lovely way to ease the muscles after a lot of walking. Walking trails are available straight from the site, and I did a 5 mile loop round the back of the park, up onto the moors and around the quarry during which time I literally saw one other person ! In the other direction from the front of the site, it's a lovely walk to get into Grassington via the bridge at Linton Falls. There is plenty of wildlife around the lodge. We saw a deer closeby on one occasion as well as regular visits from rabbits and pheasants - one of which was tame enough to take the bird seed directly from my hand while standing on the veranda rail ! The location is also obviously great for striking out to other Dales towns by car or bus. Great communication from Angie throughout, who also solved a problem with a dislodged hidden plug within minutes, and there was a lovely welcome basket of local goodies for us. Cannot recommend this place highly enough, and we'll definitely be rebooking in the future.

We had an amazing weekend stay at Wharfe Lodge. It had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. The lodge was very clean and the location was superb. It was next to woodlands so we saw a lot of wildlife during our stay. My little one loved it. The bed was super comfy too. It was a plus that we got access to the leisure facilities. We would definitely recommend and stay again. Only downside was when I tried to look if we could book another long weekend, the minimum stay is 7 nights 🥺. Hopfully we'd be able to get away for that long in the future.

Location was great . Lovely watching all the animals property was comfortable had everything we needed . Close to some lovely walks for us and our doggies
