I have an very nice experience here, the hotel is cousy, the personal is very nice...my child does not want to come back home...thanks a lot to Sinan bey, and Miss Ayshe from guest relation,, a la cart shef Ibrahim...Halil from pavilion... I want to come back again!

Great place to enjoy the holidays with family and friends. Accomodation in very quiet&clean villas, great food, fantastic beach and sea and amazing animation team who take care about your joy&fun all day long. The hotel is beautifully designed, offering a perfect combination of nature, comfort, and activities for all ages. The cleanliness of the rooms, the variety of food, and the vibrant entertainment program made our vacation unforgettable. However, what truly made the difference was the exceptional service provided by the Guest Relations department. I would especially like to highlight Ayşenur, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. She was always available with a warm smile, ready to assist with any request. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made us feel valued and truly at home. It is rare to meet someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction, and Ayşenur is a true asset to the hotel. We stayed at this hotel in July and had a fantastic time. Everything was wonderful from the service to the atmosphere. My wife especially loved the activities and she was very impressed with the animator Elina who taught oriental dance classes with great energy and passion. Our vacation felt truly special and we would be happy to return. Highly recommended

Pirate's Beach Club in Tekirova is a nice relaxing place for holidays. It offers a qualitative service & the staff is very skilled, specially the guest manager Ayşenur that will make possible that everything goes smoothly. We spent a wonderful time!

We had a great stay! The room was spotless – big thanks to Selvi Erdem for keeping everything so clean and comfortable. The animation team was fantastic and really made our experience enjoyable – special thanks to Anzhelika, Eline, Alexandr, Timur, and Kristina for their energy and dedication. The food was varied and offered something for everyone. There were some service timing and pricing issues. For example, the ice cream hours weren’t convenient 12-16h, and many of the extra services – such as photos, boat tours, and powder painting on paper – were quite expensive. Despite that, we’d still recommend the hotel and would be happy to come back.

Late check-in. We had to wait for our rooms. Empty mini-bar. The mini-bar emtpy. When we asked for a bottle of water, they wanted us to come and take it, No free sunbed. All the sun loungers were kept occupied by spreading towels, and the hotel management did nothing about it.
