Pirates Beach Club -Ultra All Inclusive

We enjoyed our holiday very much there with my family. There are majorly guests from Russia unlike other facilities in Antalya the hotel represents Turkish culture and traditions very well. They aren't trying to be more slavic to entertain the guests from shows to the kitchen everything is very balanced. There are not many silly rules about hours and the limit of food or drinks in general things that would stress you in other hotels are away here. You just enjoy your holiday and there are many smiling helpful people working here. Everything was great👍🏻

animation team was great. hotel itself quite small, but very cozy, clean and comfortable. liked the saunas very much as well

water slides could work longer. hoped for sand beach, but there was many rocks. very often lack of places for dinner (outside), but fortunately staff cleaned and prepared very quickly after the others ended their dinner

In general stay in the hotel was pretty good. Hotel consists of small houses, each of which has a few rooms. It is much more cozy than huge hotel building with hundreds of rooms. I stayed there in end of September. Water was surprisingly clean, blue and warm. It is also important to mention that 90% of visitors were there with small kids. Its is neither good nor bad, just worth taking into consideration.

1. Dishes and cutlery very often were slightly dirty. You need to check carefully when you take it 2. Staff in bar often puts their fingers in the drinks. That was nasty 3. Some of the beach towels were very worn out and had holes in them. Not a big deal, they were clean. But this is not acceptable for 5 star hotel 4. Beer was ok, but the rest of the alcohol was pretty bad. No brand, bad tasting, low quality alcohol. Even cocktails tasted bad 5. Food choice seems to be quite good, but a lot of dishes tasted not that great. They often use some oil or spices which spoiled the taste. Nevertheless for every meal I still was able to find variety of tasty food 6. Most of the rooms are located between two hotels disco areas. It might be hard to get a room where music with not disturb you during the night (till 2am) 7. Entertainment on the beach was too expensive (boats, trips, parasailing). This is not a hotel issue though

The employees were super friendly. They speak so many languages, so it was fascinating. The territory was amazing. It is clean and green, with so many different plants. And they know how to spend time starting from something modern and going into Turkish stuff as well. The employees know how to work with children and do everything they can. And the food... it was so delicious!

Cleaning. I think it could be done a bit more thoroughly in a shower

I loved some of the staff who, even though they did not speak English, were very sweet and very hard working! I loved meeting the animation team lady Elena (exceptionally lovely Russian lady) and the Tunisian animation guy. They were very sweet and kind people!.

It felt like the hotel was mainly for russian tourists and a lot of the russian ladies looked us up and down very rudely for no reason or maybe because they were racist as we are British Asian. I would not stay in this hotel again just because of the many rude russian guests. The other thing is the food was not labelled properly as they didn't specify which meat was it which was very annoying as we had to keep asking staff as we don't eat beef and some didn't know which meat and some gave us wrong information and some could not speak/understand English.

Helpful and friendly resort staff. Nice rooms, each with its own balcony. Housekeeping was good; our room had not been cleaned only one day during a week-long stay. Free bottled water was available everywhere on the property, and it was also brought to our room on a regular basis. Good variety of meals for breakfast lunch, and dinner; although I wish fruits and vegetables (tomatoes, and apples, for example) be more tasteful for that time of year. Watermelons and melons were really delicious on some days. So was the tuna fish served on one of the evenings. Wine offered in cafeteria and in the bar was mediocre. Beer reasonably good. The beach and the water were very clean and not excessively crowded. Perhaps, the non-smoking area could be larger as most of the smoking area was occupied by non-smokers, anyway, because the non-smoke are was filling up already early in the morning.

Overall, this place is a good choice for families with kids, maybe less so for those who prefer quite and relaxing vacation. The rooms located closer to the pool area and the lobby can be very loud because of various activities that last until midnight with no way to fell asleep before those activities end. Concrete floors outside of the rooms, the stairs, and railings could be washed on a more regular bases, as over time they get covered with stains. Also, the smoking areas can be located further away the rest of vacationers, especially considering that many come to this resort with their children.

We had a great time at Pirate’s! Everything was perfect and goed organised for families with children, swimming pools, beautiful green territory, crystal clear water in the sea, entertainment, friendly stuff (despite old reviews said that personal does not speak any languages - was absolutely no problem speaking English, entertainment also in English, Russian and German, yoga every morning in English), great choice of food, variable and tasty, also for kids. We were 100% happy with everything. Thank you!

Not a min point for the hotel, but just for the info - stony beach (all Kemer aria). So don’t forget swimming shoes then is this problem is easily solved 😃 the water is beautiful colour en crystal clear though
