Pirates Beach Club -Ultra All Inclusive

Almost one third of the friendly and helpful staff understood either some English or some German. All of them spoke Russian or Turkish. Very rich food buffet.

Rather stony beach and entry into the sea. A nice (not signmarked) footpath leads in about 1 hr to the much better Phaselis beach (neither beach chairs nor taverna, hovewer).

- The location is good. Green, clean although with not a lot of a shadow - Sun loungers near the beach were available - Waiters at the restaurant and cleaning stuff really worked hard - there was a kid's buffet, kids club and kid's playground - ice cream was perfect - clean beach - our room was quiet - tennis and ping pong were almost always available

- Some aspects left an impression that there are too much guests - not enough tables for the breakfast and dinner, crowds during the food pickup, not enough sunloungers near the pool (although this is due to the fact that many guests occupy the sunlounger with the towel for the whole day and just go, it would be great if the hotel does something about this) - food: although there was a lot of choice on the first sight, reality was a bit sadder. The majority of desserts was basically with the same taste - a lot of sugar. There were always 3+ macaroni "choices" - with different sauces. And one kind of sausage was basically everywhere - on breakfast it was sliced and it was in the pastry, on lunch and dinner it was grilled or mixed with macaroni and on the night snack it was on the grill. Fish had generally strange taste - Schedule of a food. From 10:30 till 12:00 you have no food options at all. From 16:00 to 18:30 you have no non-sweet options at all. From 21:00 to midnight you have no options at all. Ice cream is available 30 mins before the dinner and 2 hours after. Generally if you want your kid to eat good during the dinner, s(he) will get an ice cream in the best case closer to the end. And 90 minutes for lunch is just too few for a big occupancy - The hotel is russian-oriented. IDK, maybe for somebody it will be the plus, but not for Ukrainians. You hear russian music, you have russians everywhere. There were some tourists from German-speaking countries, but to my surprise the animation program was again mainly russian-speaking. Same for kids club. - Be aware that rooms 101-108 and 201-208 can be very loud. The disco finishes at 1 AM and it's quiet loud in such rooms. If you choose this hotel, rooms 500+ are generally much better, so I'd advise to ask about such rooms - The room service is split in two parts - minibar refreshments and cleaning. If you leave the room after 10 AM, cleaning will eventually get to you, but not minibar...

We loved the units like small house with a long alley in the middle. IT has 3 pools for children and 1 for adults but the beach is very close so we didn't need anything else. The water was clar, blue, not very cold. A Nice deck for water jumps. Friendly staff and helpfull, big rooms with big and Nice bathroom, the cleanup was made every 2 days(or when You asked for). The food is not very diversified but You can always find something good and new to try. Recomend the snack bar- gozleme and pita- very very delicious. The weather was perfect and we loved the morning moments from the beach- morning swimm&sunbath.

You must take care of the beach towels-we had some issues but there were resolved afterall. Sometimes it can be very crowded at eating hours(can find very hard a free table). In many moments you can feel like you are in other country(like Russia) than Turkey-it can make you feel ignored (they speak mostly Russian and music is almost from Russia). The entertaiment team can be more implicated in organising pool games or simply talking to guests (pool and beach too) like in other places we've been.

Very good and beautiful territory. A lot of various activities for adults and especially for kids. Amazing food. Beach and pool facilities are great.

I know that you can not expect from all inclusive hotel a good quality of alcohol drinks, but slightly better strong spirits would be bonus. Not the best cleaning personnel, do not understand Neither English, nor German or Russian. And since my Turkish is limited - was sometimes hard to understand each other.

Animation team was amazing, free diving in the pool, facilities very good, umbrellas and chair in the pool and beach comfortable, restaurant good quality food

Very good hotel, nice well-kept outdoor area. Food was great, everything tasty, plenty of choice. Even though the weather was not ideal, it was a relaxing time, we used sauna and massage. Great beach (comparing to other beaches in Kemer villages), nice setup with pier and pontoon. Staff is helpful - we arrived at 7am and they check us in right away. Staff and animators spoke Russian, English and German.

This is mostly a hotel for people with children, so a lot of children noise. Also oriented to organised tourists groups, so they will try to sell you standard tours catching you outside sometimes. Otherwise, great vacation.
