It was great stay but only the bed is not so comfortable to sleep,also the window open very little.but everything else was awesome Sam was very helpful and welcoming

The worst bed I ever slept in. I end up sleeping on the floor.

Great location on the seafront. Nice decor downstairs.very friendly helpful staff who even carried our bags to our room. We had a balcony chair that broke and they apologized with a bottle of prosecco and offered a days free parking. Spotlessly clean room. They gave us a fan in the room which was appreciated.

We stayed in an executive double room with a balcony. Chair broke when sat on but this was quickly replaced with a sturdier chair. Would prefer a kingsize bed. Needs a riser rail in the shower so you can adjust the height of the shower head and not get your hair wet. Had to pay for onsite parking but only £10 a day which is reasonable.

It was a well presented hotel and the staff were very welcoming and polite.

Room was a bit small for the price

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Helpful when we couldn’t get back into our room. Breakfast was brilliant, huge choice and good portions sizes!

Parking was unclear. Told we needed to pre-book however booking.com didn’t advise this as just said parking on site. The decor is a bit dated - lots of mirrored furniture which felt a bit cheap and thrown together. No real theming.

Ideal location in Newquay. The staff were lovely . The rooms are clean and comfortable Breakfast was delicious. The waitresses at breakfast were great. Very cheerful and helpful to all guests. Reception staff was helpful and always checked in on guests.

They didn't give us a room key, the staff had to let us in and out of the room which was a real pain

Location was perfect. Staff is super cooperative and in fact both the morning and night duty managers helped us beyond our expectations. SAM was very polite and courteous. MUHAMMAD helped us with room allocation and even upgraded the room for free. He helped us with laundry and also accommodated us for parking. Beautiful girl in the restaurant was so polite and helped us with breakfast. Overall it was a great experience. We will stay here again soon.

There are no complaints but the bathrooms needs better cleaning and may be some renovation. Bedrooms mattress needs changing I guess and the carpet in the rooms and stairs needs changing because due to these permanent stains it looks dirty even though it must have been hoovered every day I believe.
