ATWonderful view, close to Nyungwe park, good breakfast, friendly staff who advised us on Nyungwe park possibilities.
The bathroom is rather basic; there were a couple of holes in the mosquito net.
In our opinion this area is super over priced and so was the hotel. In our room we had no closet or hangers, no desk, no bed side table, nothing to put your stuff or hang clothes. WiFi is only at the lobby and sadly it never worked! We had no water for over half a day. The staff was 50/50 some were friendly and helpful like the French manager but others not helpful or nice at all. I’d look elsewhere
DEwonderful views over the tea plantations and rain forest. very spacious and well laid out property. Staff washed our car every day! All staff was exceptionally friendly and the food was excellent

extremely run down room (Chimpanzee / 2 twin beds room) - basic repairs needed - felt dark and dirty. No view from room (unlike all other rooms). WAY too expensive.

ZAEric the manager was very friendly and was caring all the time! I noted a very good climate between him and his staff! My tent was very good equipped and the beds very soft. Good blankets against a cold night!
