الغرف اللى من جهة الاطلاله قليله والكلاب كثيره وبالليل لها صوت

First of all photoes of the rooms are better then in real . We were traveling with baby and it was suggested too small room , ok but the condition of the room was awful dirty walls , very old furniture . Tv set doesn’t work in the room . In the restaurant I wanted to use coffee machine but the milk finished and worker told me just sorry , I think you need to pay attention on it , it’s not pleasant situation , the same about evening meal we wanted to order meal they said us to wait one hour , why if I want to pay for it )) I don’t like service at all . I think price on this place higher than quality .

Очень далеко к центру подъемникам, такси в одну сторону 50 лари в лучшем случае, туда обратно 70 лари это 20$, к подьемникам далеко без такси никак, за эти деньги море отелелей и даже дешевле в новом гудаури !!

Location is not good - you must have big suv 4*4, to go without problem

The receptionist was considerate.

The room was small and not very clean, with poor plumbing and average room service. On one occasion, the shuttle to the ski resort did not arrive to take us back to the hotel, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the receptionist was friendly, cooperative, and tried to assist with our requests.

الغرفه لم تكن كما في الصور بموقع بوكنج وعندما تناقشت مع المدير المناوب اخبرني ان الصور منذوا 6 سنوات ولم اعطي اي اهتمام من المدير المناوب سو القول ان لايستطيع عمل اي شئ لي وهذا يؤثر علي بوكنج بعدم التاكد من صحة معلومات الفنادق والصور

The view was stunning. Bed was very comfy and silent. Room had everything what was needed in hotel room. Bathroom is great. Big shower zone, water doesn’t spill over the floor, wide big mirror and enough space for to people. SPA is included in price (at least at the moment of 10.01.2026) which gives great value. Great to relax after active day. 10 minutes car ride to Gudauri ski resort. I enjoyed restaurant food a lot. They cook very well!

I would prefer to have balcony light controlled from the room or curtains to cover all light from it.
