we had 2 rooms, one was big and comfortable, with no view, the other was very small, terrible, not clean, but beautiful view..

terrible smell in the toilet, no fan inside.. in the reception the team was terrible- not nice except one man- very kind!

Все понравилось. Особенно вид с балкона на горы. Вид просто волшебный из отеля 5 звезд!

Все абсолютно супер. Только в букинге сделайте разделение на 4 и 5 звезд. Я когда бронировал-думал, что 5 звезд. Оказалось что 4. Пришлось немного доплатить на месте.

We spent 3 nights in this establishment. We had oredered two rooms, one for the kids and the other for the adult. The owner decided to renovate the room on our second day there without any notice, so when we returned to the room we found all dusty and mesed up. Got no compensation for this. The food is realy mediocre. It seems like the hotel cannot handle a large group of people because the dining room was overpacked and crouded. The room was outdated and the house keeping skipped our room one day.

המיקום מצויין, קרוב לאטרקציות ולבארים, איזור שקט עם נוף מדהים. חדרים נקיים מאוד ונעימים. מתאים למשפחות וגם לזוגות.הצוות מאוד שירותי וכל הזמן עוזר. האוכל מגוון מאוד וטעים גם במסעדה של המלון וגם במסעדה הכשרה. יש שירותי הסעה במקום בתשלום.

אין מספיק ערוצים בטלוויזיה כמו ערוצי ילדים או מוזיקה. אבל יש אינטרנט מהיר מאוד ככה שממש זה לא נורא.

1-the view was perfect (ice mountain) 2-location was good near the ski resort ,there is a big 2 supermarkets 2 mins by car and less than 10 mins walking 3-pool and jacuzzi big with a great view 4-staff was great and helpful
