Gudauri Inn

Великолепный отель. Вкусные завтраки, отличный бассейн и джакузи, чистые номера и доброжелательный персонал. Отдельно хочется поблагодарить Марлена за его профессионализм!

The hotel located in the mountains and have really good view from the balcony! They have a grocery stores and restaurants nearby. They have a nice breakfast, especially the fried sausages and also they so many other staff for breakfast. The room was good, with fridge. They have heated floor in the bathroom that really good when its snowing and cold outside. Also they have a billiard table in the hall to spend a time.

The toilet water was filling it unstoppable and the this sound may a little bother you while sleeping.

The elevator is not working, so you have to carry your luggage up to the 3rd floor using the stairs. There is a bad smell in the room. The room lighting is almost nonexistent. Very poor treatment from the staff. I do not recommend this place at all

Staff is helpful

Location is far from the ski lift - about 20 minutes walk. They offer a free shuttle but there aren’t enough cars, especially at peak times. BTW don’t drive there unless you have a 4x4. The restaurant has very limited Georgian menu, and understaffed - they took an hour to cook basic dishes even though the restaurant is barely busy. There is no bar or lounge or a comfortable place to rest. Rooms are rather small without any indoor sitting and also quite dated - with simple things like lights or furniture doors not properly functioning.
