Deluxe Private Apartment in Surfers Paradise

The room was big, the view was nice, the location was close to everything and the pools were good.

All the beds were so uncomfortable, the air con had to stay at 22°c to supposedly work properly but it constantly kept shutting itself off. There were no power points in any of the bathrooms. There were a few broken things in the room including the window blinds in the main room, dining seats, door handles a small coffee table and to top it off the vacuum was broken🤦‍♀️Tried multiple times to contact Kevin who was the person looking after the room to let him know about all the faults with the room but to this day I still haven't heard from him🤷‍♀️

Owners took very long to reply about issues at the property we had no bathroom lights for 3 days.

The view is amazing. The host is very friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommended

Location and building

Need more cleaning under the beds WC seat was broken in one toilet AC cooling was not effective In one room lobby side door was opened Lobby side glass needs binds or curtains as sun comes directly in the room..because of that room was not cool properly during morning time

The location was fantastic. The apartment is spacious and has fantastic views. Murray the host was very friendly and easy to deal with. We had a few issues upon arrival and Murray fixed them as soon as I alerted him to these issues.

The apartment is old and tired and needs be updated. The beds need to be updated they were lumpy and uncomfortable. It also would have been good to have access to an outdoor area, rather than using the area as another bedroom. The apartment also needs a really good clean, on the surface it was clean but the cupboards were all sticky inside.
