Studio 6 Longview, TX

We got a standard two bed room. Beds looked like they were gonna break. Definitely small. Bed had cat hair all over it as well as human hair. Toilet had piss on it. No shampoos. No hair dryer. No complementary breakfast.

Whether a hotel costs $500 or $50, I expect it to be clean. This room had roaches, the dishes in the kitchenette were dirty, and the microwave had food left in it. This is basic cleanliness.

They canceled my reservation becauae they will be closed by the time i cant get there.

Do not stay there

When we got there to check in there were no employees there. We had to find a hotel at a different propertyz

Its a good place

The property is consistently maintained. The office staff is unfailingly polite and responsive. The room maintenance is up-to-date, from the cold A/C to the new kitchen updates, to the raised counter bathroom sink and the best water pressure imaginable.

No soap. No wash cloths. No toilet paper. Missing cooktop knob.

The customer service was not great. I'm experiencing the same at most motel 6. I hate being in the room that you can tell somebody was smoking in when it was supposed to be no smoking. This motel look like it's a refuge for section 8 people.

Staff was helpful in getting soap, towels and washcloths when there were none in the room when checking in.
