Studio 6 Longview, TX

My stay was not so good, hot water don't stay hot certain times there was no hot water to shower told front desk several times didn't do any good was told same thing each time ok thk u i will chk into this i finally stp saying anything realize they knw this but they don't wanna spend money on a plumber to fix problem. After taking other guests come find out its been a problem but they not going to fix the hot water issue.

The only thing i liked was that they had really good lighting for the hotel

Check in was done via a dirty plexiglass, not able to see or understand the dependent. Main lobby remained closed and area around the property very dirty. Previous occupants hair was in bathtub and on beds. Door frames and walls were dirty.

Towels were super dirty, unable to get clean one and the customer services was horrrible

Front desk RUDE!! Blanket was thinner than sheet. AC did not cool. NO hot water at all. Shower was cold. Only 1 washcloth and 2 towels for 4 of us. Bad just really bad !!! Certainly not worth what we paid !!
