Well connected, Tesco shop close by, apartment extremely clean. Nice area with a lot of shops and pubs

The door of the living room closing by itself was annoying. But that's a minor thing

Great location for visiting both central Edinburgh and Leith. Modern, clean and spacious. Perfect for us (two couples). The extensive communication with the landlord before during and after our rent was very efficient. Best thing of all, we requested some extra kitchen pans and he delivered a brand new set for us to use.

We didn't realise we had to sign a proper contract beforehand and upload your documents. Not used to this, but after checking, we learned it was a legal requirement so we went ahead with no problems.

De ligging was erg fijn. Binnen bereik van openbaar vervoer en toch lekker rustig. Er is een lift aanwezig. Dat is ook fijn. Een supermarkt op de hoek. Verder een ruime woning en complete inrichting.

De kachel kregen we niet goed op temperatuur en 's avonds was het best koud. De deuren bleven niet openstaan en slaan dicht achter je. In een van de slaapkamers ging het raam niet op de kiepstand. In de grote badkamer bleef de warmwater kraan moeilijk op temperatuur.

Apartment is super clean, quiet and as described, easy access with keys on keypad outside the building, welcome milk/juice and coffee is highly appreciated as we arrived late in the evening. There is a tesco express on the corner and a Lidl 2 blocks far, several restaurants and pubs are near too. Bus stop to the center near the apartment or take the tram just 5-8 min walk. You can also walk to the center (apx 35min) or go to Leith water walk. Kitchen is fully equiped and room beds are comfortable, sofa beds are ok. The owner sends all details prior arrival and there is a leaflet in the apartment explaining how to use all things inside. We had some questions and are all answered quickly and to the point through messaging. Apartment is not central but you can explore all parts of city easily and avoid the noise of the touristic areas.

Some pots need to be changed as they are quite torn. Not a problem if you are not planing to cook. Autoclosing bedroom doors are sometimes trouble.

Emplacement idéal, proche du tram, quartier calme, propre, tout est à dispo shampoing, gel douche, lessive…

Les poêles ne sont pas de première jeunesse et n’étaient pas très propre, nous avons pas trouvé la sixième chaise

Apartamento muy bien equipado y limpio y con supermercados y líneas de bus y tranvía muy cerca, conectados tanto al centro como al aeropuerto. En líneas generales, muy buen apartamento para visitar Edimburgo

A la calefacción le faltaba un punto más de calor, por eso no le doy el 10.
