The air conditioner did not work; the room smelled moldy; only one modestly sized towel and one bath mat and wash washing cloth; one very small piece of soap.

The location was convenient

The front desk clerk was nice

Everything else. The room was horrendous. When we walked into the room, there was this stench like years of moldy odor. The bathroom was not clean from the door handle to the walls. I had to wipe the toilet bowl clean with soap, water, and toilet paper. My mom and I only spent one night. We booked for 3 nights. I was itching all over. I stripped the sheets to check for bed bugs. The mattress was covered in plastic, but the mattress was not new. I found tiny dead bugs. Thankfully, my mom brought an extra sheet, and I brought a towel. I covered the bed with the sheet we brought and the pillows with my towel. When the towel would come off of the pillows at night, I would feel itchy again from the pillows. I had to pull the towel over the pillows again so my head wouldn't itch. We didn't leave then because it was late and the office was closed. The next day, I couldn't stand the itching anymore. The front desk clerk was kind enough to refund us back 2 nights that we didn't stay. I couldn't stay another night in that filthy place. I don't know who does the housekeeping, but the entire establishment is the pits. I came back to the front office to ask a question, and the person opened the door behind the counter. There was a mountain high of dirty sheets in plain sight!

Noisy, dirty, no wifi, plastic on the mattress making it noisy, card key didn't work. No one there to check out 🤬😡

The owners were very friendly! Our pet was very comfortable in the room which was our biggest concern. Also no extra fee for the pet made it an even more comfortable/easy going experience (felt very trusting of the owners)! The inn was also in a really good location; we were able to get everywhere and everything we needed without having to travel far.
