Location, generous welcome pack (bottle Prosecco, white wine & fudge) Choice of bath or shower.

There was no choice of breakfast on Booking.com so I presumed it was included (as in its name B&B!) In the event, while being a very good breakfast, it was actually an extra. Booking.com should address this.

"Enjoyable, comfortable and great location for us."

Welcomed on arrival, although pre arrival information had been very detailed to allow self check-in. Parking on site. Comfortable bed, room facilities spot on. Liked the additional fresh milk and sweet treats supplied, if required too, a lovely touch. Room overlooked road and pub, but neither were noisy. Great location.
