Well located , great breakfast choices and a spacious room and bathroom. Good value for money. Bed was comfy with good cotton bedding . Quality towels and toiletries , and not forgetting the welcome pack and free home made cake.

The room was immediately off the communal sitting room and ,because of the original old creaky room door, it may not be the most private , but it was fine for us.

Comfortable bed in a good size room. A nice village with a good pub and community store.

Although the bedding was clean and the carpet vacuumed, there were aspects of the cleaning which were a bit lacking, eg I had to remove the dust on the ledges of the bathroom (stable type) door so that my towel didn't pick it up, paintwork to room door was grubby, room info plastic stand was covered in dust. In addition, there was a broken hook on the bathroom door. I travelled alone but paid the full (couple) price for the room - despite this, the coffee sachet I used on the first morning wasn't replaced so I was unable to have a coffee upon my return that afternoon because I then wouldn't have had one for the following morning - there was tea but no coffee in the kitchen area to replenish my supply, and I don't drink tea. And there were no biscuits! Who doesn't want a biscuit with their cuppa? I did appreciate the fresh milk, not being a lover of UHT. Finally, the staff weren't very friendly and the one breakfast I did have wasn't great either. Oversold and under delivered.

Location, microwave and fridge available, snacks provided.

The only thing that needed improving was the headroom in both the bedroom and shower. We had to bend down nearly double to walk round the bed and to have a shower.

A chair and small table in the room would be good. Could not get the kettle under tap in the sink. Toilet seat would not stop up. Just small minor things easy to put right.

Very comfortable room. Everything we needed was there. Lovely en suite bathroom. Location was great for the broads. Room we had was very low so we had to keep ducking but that was a pleasant quirk of the building.

Room was lovely, the staff were really friendly.

To be expected in a very old property the low roof line is low and I did bump my head several times, the shower was lovely but once again - the roof line, ok for shorter people but my husband would have had to bend quite a bit as he is tall.

Breakfast was great. Very comfortable bed. Friendly hosts. Good range of drinks in room and fresh milk available.

Bathroom had a few minor issues. Toilet seat didn’t stay open. Shower head was tricky as it lowered itself during showering. Needs attention. Broken hook left only one hook for hanging towels. Extract fan was largely blocked with dust.

Lovely B & B with a good location to visit the surrounding area, there is a nice pub opposite and a local shop. Checking-in procedure was easy, our room was comfortable and had tea/coffee making facilities. The gift left for us was very much appreciated. We had breakfast which was excellent, cooked perfectly with several choices available. Friendly staff made us very welcome. Would highly recommend staying at this delightful B& B.
