Everything went well here stayed here many times and never disappointed

Very clean and location is very convenient, right in front of Playas de Tijuana Malecon. Only issue is looking for a parking spot. Plenty of places to go eat.

Our room experience was horrible. The wi-fi didn’t work at all, I called the front desk, they said that they will reset the system but it never worked. There was no hot water, we had to shower with cold water in the morning. The AC did not work at all, it was extremely hot at night to top it off the AC light was ON the whole night, it was like sleeping with the lights on. Our window view was their back stock area, full or toilet paper, mops and cleaning supplies our beds were also very hard. I’m have never left a review before even with bad experience because I don’t like to talk negative instead I love to help business but this was very very upsetting :(

Close to the beach and many shops around the property.

The property itself was clean and well located. Tons of places to walk to. The only caveat is that the rooms on the south side are next to all the music and noise. And on the weekend it goes on late into the night. Otherwise it was a great stay. The restaurant upstairs has good breakfast.

Customer service was on point and excellent

Had a nice couple of nights in a room with a side sea view the room had basic amenities and the bedding looks old. It was clean enough and I can't really complain for the cost! Great location, just over the road from the beach with a 7eleven and plenty of restaurants and bars along the prom. There isn't that much to do in Playa De Tijuana but I found it more relaxing than the Downtown area.
