Service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and nice. Parking was difficult. Had to park on the street both nights we were there. Pillows are too lumpy.

I loved how close it was to the ocean and accessible to all of the restaurants and beach. They had a promotion for their spa. Buy one get one free. It was a perfect way to start our getaway

Hotel was close to the beach. The walls were thin so I listened to the ocean all night. Breakfast was good. I got a massage, which was wonderful. Very enjoyable visit.

Esta fue nuestra segunda estancia en Hotel Jatay y el personal como siempre muy amable, servicial y nos encanta lo cerca que esta a la playa. Al igual nos encanto que pudimos obtener un cuarto con vista al mar. Esperamos regresar pronto!
