"A very relaxing and peaceful place to stay, one we hope to return to."

We really liked the lovely farmhouse and peaceful setting. The hosts were friendly, but not over friendly and they provided an excellent breakfast with lots of options that was just the right size.

It's difficult to find anything that we didn't like.

"Wonderful stay in thatched cottage in historic village"

Wonderful carefully retored thatched cottage in pretty historic village. Comfortable bedroom (one of two in the B&B), with good modern ensuite. Welcoming hosts, who gave us an excellent traditional Devon pub evening meal suggestion. Good breakfast in large pleasant dining room. Highly recommend.

"A perfect B&B experience."

A great breakfast was served with many homemade products available. Fresh eggs from their own chickens. Beautiful spacious room bathed in sunlight.

There really are no negatives to report.

"Excellent B&B. Learned a lot about the area in one brief stay."

Exceptionally hospitable. Lovely cream tea on arrival, beside a log fire. Great breakfast of local and home grown items. Historic location in small hamlet. Handy pub within easy walk.

Part of the charm is the rural location - the compromise is the narrow winding roads!
