"Would like to visit again some time for leisure."

Phone call whilst we were travelling to check that we knew the kitchen closed at 8pm. Warm welcome on arrival. Reassurance that a member of staff lives on site and can be called ICE. Freshly cooked breakfast with good ingredients.

The room was too warm and the thermostat on the radiator did not appear to work.

"A great place to stay when visiting Durham and the surrounding area"

We needed a convenient place to stay when visiting residents, and at a sensible price. The Three Horseshoes met those requirements and more. A lovely rural location, yet just minutes from Durham city (and the A1. Friendly staff, great breakfast, comfortable bed and countryside views.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was freshly cooked very good choice. Big portions. Beautiful scenery while eating breakfast. Dinning room spotless. Staff very friendly.

Nothing could of been better. I would say don't change anything it's all perfect as it is.

There was nothing we didn’t like The food in the evening was exceptional The beer was also delicious and everything at a very reasonable price
