Lots of things. Terrible location, not good area, no shops, poor transport, no swimmimg pool (advertised as having), no tea/ coffee (advertised as having), no information, had to ask for toilet roll twice, couldn't use balcony due to mosquitos, air conditioning didn't work and when 'fixed' was poor.

The room was adequate, it would have been helpful to have a sheet with details such as WiFi code and how to use the coffee machine as a kettle. Instructions on the air conditioning as well. Well placed to walk into the center in about 10 minutes. On out last day the host kindly took us to the station as our taxi had not arrived, this was an additional cost.

The fridge was dirty when we arrived but was changed by the host as soon as this was pointed out. We had issues with the air conditioning not working even though all doors were shut as instructed. When we arrived the hot tub/pool was not available. It was cleaned and made available 2 days later. The light breakfast was a croissant, one day with dry cereal, and a couple of biscuits. No milk for the tea some mornings and no teabags. When messaging the host regarding ordering a taxi no reply was received.

Bed was broken.

The appartement is big and very well equiped, super clean. The décoration is a little spécial. I found it funny. The owner was very helpful and réactive to rescue me and let me in. (The code was nos working)

Nothing. Location was not as central as I thought, but this is my mistake.

Attitude at first Not good. we had to leave luggage under the entrance stairs. Came back later. check in 17 hrs? Not good. had to climb external stairs, with bags and then go down another stairs.

Nice, clean, good location.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. The pillow is also very uncomfortable. The next day everything hurt..
