Upon check-in, the host made sure to photograph the credit card and then charge the guest without any warning or authorization. I insist, if there are facilities in the house that cannot be used, they must notify us.

Quite disappointed as we saw the pictures and thought it was an amazing place to stay. Also, there was a lack of a provided sauna pool, and it was 35°C, making it too hot to stay in Pisa.

Good location. Very close to airport. Ten minute walk to central train station.

No wall shower in en suite. No mirror at dressing table, only in bathroom. Hot tub was additional expense.

The interior design is nice. Old Italian design. We booked the room with the balcony, the balcony was very good. It is close to the city in terms of transportation (if you have a car)

The customer service is a disgrace. The employees do not care about anything. Check-in times are not flexible. We arrived only 1:30 hours early and paid 20 euros extra. The communication of the employees is not professional at all. We were snarled when we asked for help with the facility. Our room was not cleaned and the owner of the facility says it will be cleaned before 10:30 in the morning but it does not say anything in the reservation and you are not informed. The small refrigerator does not cool (It literally does not work). When making the reservation, it says there is a coffee machine but we did not have a coffee machine. I paid 48 euros extra for breakfast and the breakfast is only an espresso and a croissant and you get your breakfast from the cafe that the facility has an agreement with by giving you a coupon. You cannot even choose your coffee with milk, you have to pay extra money. (It is a complete shame). The cooling system is a disgrace. The air conditioner does not cool well and we burned in the room in the summer. When we were leaving the facility, we asked for a taxi and the facility employee dropped us off at the airport but he initially said it would cost 12 euros and the driver took 20 euros from us (maybe he doesn't know English) In short: It's a disgrace, I wasn't happy at all. I don't recommend this place...

Lack of facilities to make hot drink in room

The lady was so friendly! She couldn’t do enough for us, she gave us free water on arrival and drove us to the beach and back for a small fee as we could not find a local taxi service. Nothing was too much for her and she even offered to give us an airport transfer if required. We booked this at short notice due to a cancelled flight and the room was ready when we arrived just 30 minutes after we had booked. Thank you very much we enjoyed our 2 nights here !!!!
