Location is near the heart of Pisa, so all famous tourist attractions are reachable by walk. Inside it was clean.

Once we booked and paid, the owner started to text us asking to provide the credit card details - I didn’t find the note of obligatory security payment while booking. When we arrived at the property owner took 100€ from our card as a security deposit, promising that after 10 days after check out it will be returned. So it’s more than 10 days and nothing is returned, so be aware that in the end of you trip you will not get security deposit. Also A/C in the room is very poor, it need technical assistance. Be aware that sleeping with open windows is not possible because of enormous amounts of mosquitoes and no spray or anything which will protect you is provided.

We arrived at the house and ringed on the door but nobody was there to open up. We tried to call the owner but no one answered. Luckily a super kind neighbor helped us out with offering us to wait at his place and showing us a restaurant where we can have dinner. He called the hosts and reached them. After waiting for 2 hours we we’re finally able to check in and go to the room. The host didn’t find it necessary to say sorry or even say anything about the issue. The room was offered with breakfast in the morning, but the „breakfast“ was absolutely not acceptable: two supermarket croissants with marmalade, milk, two coffee pads and some cookies. For me this is not something you can call a breakfast. The outside pool was not available neither in the evening nor in the morning. the price is totally not justified.

It is located close to the city center (although some walking is required) and close to the airport. It was very clean and quite pretty.

We were placed in the attic so we didn't really have a proper internet connection, which makes working quite impossible. Not too much lighting in the room as well. On the last night it was really hot in Pisa, but we didn't have a working air-condition unit. There was a mix-up (my fault too though) since I had booked a double bed but for one guest, but my husband accompanied me in the end, so we had to pay extra for him. The fare in the end was a lot, if I'd known it would be so expensive in the end I wouldn't book there.
