El encargado de recibir es muy atento, la casa que fue un convento es muy bella pero está deteriorada.

Las adaptaciones para poner un baño dentro de la habitación es bastante incómodo, es para ir en pareja o solo porque con el cristal templado todo se oye. No tuvimos agua caliente, dejamos correr la regadera por 5 min y no salió caliente. Los pisos de madera tienen astillas entonces si hay que tener cuidado de usar en todo momento sandalias o zapatos.

Maybe the location, on a corner a bit set apart from the touristy yet relaxed madness of Coyoacán. Absolutely nothing else …

Dark and damp, musky and moldy … just the smell of the place was sufficient to invite upper respiratory distress. Seriously, don’t even consider it. We stayed for about eight minutes in total … grateful to Booking.com for bailing us out. The personnel, really one snarling guy with a cellphone, might be fit for an inner-city junkyard. I was more stunned than the smell of deterioration by the difference between what I saw of the ratings or the photos and how the place really is, a disaster of a health hazard.

La ubicación. El rumbo es seguro y bastante bien ubicado.

Al hacer la reservacion nunca nos dijeron que la luz del baño no servía. Lo reportamos con la persona que vigila el lugar y dijo que ya lo había reportado. El baño estaba totalmente obscuro, nisiquiera nos dieron velas o algo para iluminarlo. En la pared de la cocineta habia polvo.

No breakfast available. Restaurant shutdown sometime in 2025. Location was good, and only reason we selected this.

3 out of 4 days there was no running water. hot water was even worse. Their webpage claims 24 hr service, but it took a long time to find someone to notify of the lack of water. Previous messages, which I failed to review, indicate this is a long standing problem, so the owners clearly decided they can operate this way. It is really not a hotel, much more of a hostal, although it charges like a 1-2 star hotel. I'd never recommend this place to anyone, unless they want to have disputes with the staff, which are highly unresponsive.
