No water at all for first day and a half. Hot water only once in five days and then only for five minutes.

The building is lovely. Build in stone, with a lemon tree in the patio. 7 minutes from Coyoacan main square.

Isn't an hotel. Just room’s rental. I booked an hotel. No staff or services at all. The kitchen’ utensils and table ware were nasty /incomplete. Hot water in the shower stopped abruptly. Black water smell. Mold on the roof, loose and dangerous outlets. They don't have even a proper entrance. You cross a restaurant to get in and when it is close you have to use a back metal door. Using the TV was hell, 2 remotes, no instructions, I had to guess. Ohh and the toilet was stuck mostly all time. Thanks to Natalia and Angel I was able to deal with the my disappointment.

The room was very cute. Lots of space. Bed was big and comfortable.

Little to no hot water and even no running water a day or two.

Staff was so nice but confusing who to go to since there is not a front desk. I am thankful for the bartender who spoke excellent English and helped relay messages. If there was more of a division between the restaurant and hotel a lot of confusion would not happen. Spacious room with very comfortable bed.

My room had a horrible smell. The staff tried to help it but after 8 hours it was unbearable. No hot water! Froze! I was told when I was due to leave at 6 am a staff member would be at the entrance. From your hotel room you have to walk through the restaurant to get to the front door. It was pitch dark but I found the front door, locked and no one there. Luckily I figured out how to unlock it.

It's a wonderful old beautiful building nearly 500 years part of it and the people are just fabulous accommodating me to let me in early and I had to leave another place that was terrible with no heat and they provided me with a space heater to heat the room. I highly recommend it for anybody

There is no reception, you need to contact them before arriving WhatsApp works the best. The room was very cold in December and the heating did not work very well.

Wonderful placement, very comfortable beds and nice room!

The only difficulty was the communication with owner. He was very friendly and supportive but not often available via message and never at the location. If you need an early checkin or check out time make sure to arrange it several days in advance. Otherwise great place!
