The location

There was no water for two days, there was a lot of noise and they didn't clean the room for 6 days .

La cama y el café

Tardaron en que pudiera ingresar a la habitación, la estancia /cocina estaba encarcada, el calefactor no funcionaba, el control de la televisión estaba bloqueado y no se podia hacer la selección de lo que uno queria ver y en la mañana no habia agua hasta que se le comento a la persona que estaba de guardia

The location was great and loved that it was a convent previously.

There were water issues with the toilet not flushing and no water coming from the faucets. The first day it was fixed and the second day it was not, leaving us with a bad felling about our overall experience.

Cool, old convent. Really could be an awesome place with a little TLC. Location was great and it was very quiet. Room was decent sized. We loved the old colonial feel.

Was rather neglected. The restaurant was closed and it felt oddly vacant. A cool old place but rough around the edges. For the adventurous.

Nothing it was dreadful, we left after giving it 3 nights and wan to be reimbursed the last 2 nights

The room was nothing like in the photograph. The division between the sleeping area and the shower room was inadequate and the furniture was uncomfortable and insufficient. When we arrive, the doors were closed and we had to telephone to notify them of our arrival. The security man showed us to our room, but the access was extremely dark and the staircase dangerous. We understand it was an old place and therefore, but better lighting was needed. On our third night, a guest in the bedroom across was playing the radio / TV extremely loudly at 3am for an hour and it wasn't until I got up and knocked on his door that he stopped. I intended to stay there for a further two nights but when I returned to the place in the evening, there was a blackout. With this and the incident the previous night, I decided to leave as there was no one to talk to arrange a refund of the two nights we did not stay. I certainly would not receommend it, particularly as it was at the high price end of the other places available.
