Parc y Bryn Serviced Apartments

Good, spacious and fully equipped apartment at the top of town, good (free) parking on-site which is a challenge in Aber. Well fitted out and very convenient for walking into town. Comfortable.

The apartment is just starting to show it's age a little bit. It is not bad, and it would not stop us from staying again, but also not perfect - en-suite door did not close properly, carpets were dirty in places. Just little things showing a lack of care and attention stopping it from being a 10.

Great location and lovely apartment. Very handy for Aberystwyth town and the University.

Apartment was cold, apparently there us underfloor heating but it never worked, electric heaters in each room but no timer and didn't feel safe leaving them on over night.

Location was good. Facilities were as expected.

Beds not so comfortable. My wife felt cold, heating didn’t seem to kick in when turning up the thermostat.

No hot water, boiler was switched off. Uncomfortable bed and mattress, plinth was broken. Sofa was springy, very uncomfortable. Iron did not work. Door to bathroom did not open or close easily. Curtain was off the hooks in spare bedroom. Additional cost for early check-in before 6.00pm. Not value for money, would like to request a refund as we have stayed in much better apartments. Quality checks should have been completed before placing on booking.com. Thank you.

It was a convenient location for university and promenade. There was good parking for the car. Why did we have to wait til 6pm to gain entry since no one was present anyway.That was a big negative.

Shower was over the bath,I did not find it easy. There is a small patio off the lounge but no retaining small wall or little fence. I found the fact that entry was all code and key locked in a box impersonal.
