Great location, good last minute find

Some difficulty accessing key box but the owner was quick to arrive, very pleasant and assisted with entry. Check in after 6 seems a bit late, however it worked for us. Otherwise great

Ground floor. Good apartment layout. Easy access to apartment. Could get hold of someone via mobile. Good parking.

Shame we had no walk in shower only one above the bathtub. The en-suite bathroom was locked unless this was a store room which was locked as well. A few hair were found on the bathtub. Although we were charged a £60 end cleaning fee we were asked to empty bins and more or less tidy up the apartment.

The apartment is bright and airy with plenty of room. It was clean and well furnished. The location was an easy walk to the train station, beach and town.

I think the bedding has seen better days and could do with replacing. The bedding in one room was hard to disease if the bedding was old and stained or had not been changed from the previous guest. However, I contacted the owner and fresh bedding was delivered with no argument.

Very little hot water, cold showers most days and settee wasn't very comfortable, there was a huge lump in the middle seat

Apartment was clean. Location was good and it was very quiet.

I didn't notice the 6pm checkin, which was a pain. It felt very cold when we went in. Although the apartment was clean, the carpets are very worn and stained, also the sofa well worn. The bathroom is a disaster. There is no extractor fan and if you leave the door ajar it sets the fire alarms off when you use the shower. No heated towel rail so no way of drying our towels and with 3 people showering daily we had damp towels draped everywhere. Wifi not very good. We were out most of the time so it was functional. In response to the owners answer, there was no en suite bathroom. There was a locked door in the main bedroom. Also, to be charged an extra £20 to checkin 'early' is outrageous.

Good space for the 3 of us and good location into town.

Could have been cleaner- carpet hadn’t been hoovered and there was some dampness/moulding around the apartment.

The beds were comfy and the space lovely. We were about a 10 minute walk from the town/beach. A 20 minute (up a steep hill) walk to the University (I suggest using the bus for that). Besides the unavoidable seagulls, it was a relatively quiet location and I slept great. Felt very safe, wifi worked great, loved the bathtub!

Nothing the owner can change, but that last hill up to the apartments is killer. Take it slow if you're walking. The seagulls are mimicking cat noises - super creepy...lol
