"Superb"

We went on a short family trip and chose Leyla resort for our stay. We liked a lot Mahmoud's farm, garden and food. Mahmoud was very friendly. They referred us to Ahmed al Tyib, who organized everything for us including guided visits in Italian to Luxor monuments (10/10 to Ramadan and Hassan), transport from/to the airport, lunch/dinner and a beautiful sunset sail. We had all our meals at Mahmoud's and couldn't get enough: everything was genuine, fresh, and simply delicious!

"Exceptional"

Our stay was very pleasant. The food was great. We wished if we stayed longer. If you want to wake up by the sound of birds this is the place to stay. The adjoining property of theirs has a nice big pool and a roof top restaurant. Watching the sunset from the rooftop was so nice. The panoramic view of the Valley of the Kings on one side, the Winter Palace on the other side and agricultural lands was amazing. Thanks to Mr. Mahmood and his team for the great support.

"Has the potential to be a very nice accommodation but is not quite there yet."

nice host, good location, nice architecture and lovely breakfast on roof terrace

The room wasn’t clean and many structural details were not well finished in the room e.g. bathroom fittings coming loose, unfinished sockets. Beware-the bed is very hard. Had to ask for soap and towels and the bathroom floods easily. could be a great spot with a bit more effort put into it.
