A perfect spot for a stopover in Luxor. Just a 10-minute drive from all the local activities, yet nestled in the peaceful banana plantations. Spectacular views of the sunrise, hot air balloons and sunset on kings valley. The staff’s availability and kindness are outstanding.

It was a beautiful accommodation with great architecture. A very nice place to stay. We had our own balcony, large towels and were able to use the pool. We were always given a warm welcome and they offered to book tours for us.

Amazing Staff, great hospitality by Mr.Mahmoud and the Food they are serving is truly organic, the dinner they offered was amazing and value for Money. They offered us Tour package including hot Ballon which was worth for money and should say Mr. Ahmed, our tour guide was very friendly and explained us very well.

Direction showing in booking.com is not correct… need to call property for correct location… Taxi will ask additional charges if not correct location….

Beautiful rooms. Stunning sunrise with breakfast near there small farmed crops. Comfortable bed.

The rooms can feel cold in winter but warm up with the door closed and an extra blanket provided. Shower did not have shampoo.

The dinner is amazing

Whole property was amazing very private and spacious Host and the guide Ahmed Eltayeb was really good vey much helpful

The nice architecture of the villas, garden and vegetable farm.

Did not have necessary amenities for winter use, no heating and hair dryer. Water pressure was low and the shower in the room I stayed in had poor floor fall and waterlogged. We also had issues entering the front gates in the evening ad it is locked and the villa caretaker is not on standby mode. Had to call the owners three times every time we return late.

The inn provided a truly cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.

The silence / greenery / birds escaping from the busy city

Mahmood made sure we had a good stay. He arranged all our tours and transfer back to Marsa Alam. The guide and food of the Felucca were fantastic. Ahmed Altyib was a great driver and Ahmed Valentino was an amazing guide for our trip past all the temples and highlights of Luxor. Also special thanks to Mahmood’s wife who cooked two very delicious meals for us.

Nice architecture, spacious room, quiet environment and peaceful garden. The staffs r hospitable. Although they r not visible all the time but accessible by phone, and willing to help.

The hot shower not strong, and the staff didn’t clean the room in my two night stay, I had to collect my laundry from the hanger by myself for their laundry service. The towel not placed when I checked in. All in all, it’s more like hostel with self service rather than a hotel.
