Leyla Eco Resort

Beautiful place really! Seriously is gorgeous and very spacious.

In the Middle of Nowhere! Taxis could barely get to us. And they were trying to charge us $15 to get to somewhere where it would only cost us $3. Was really exited about the breakfast that costed $10 it was maybe worth $2 couple of hard boiled eggs and yogurt. Trying to get water was a pain and expensive. Bc it is down a dirt road we had to trek 5-10 mins every night to get food and water if we didn’t want to spend an extra $20. Room wasn’t awful but only like 2 lights worked and the shower didn’t drain. Not to mention we told them we were checking in early and when we finally got to the property the gates were closed! We had to have our taxi driver contact them. Overall I wish it would have been a better stay but they were going to charge us 3x the price for everything.

The manager was very kind and helpful. The upstairs rooms are very spacious and stay cool during the hot days. The surrounding views are superb. The no-site meals were delicious. The upstairs kitchen had all one needed to prepare some light meals or salads.

Everything, for friends families all is fit and very nice okay good good. Karim amd mahmood is very nice helpful person

We felt very welcomed at Layla Resort. Despite arriving late in the night we were kindly greeted and let to our rooms which were comfortable and had a nice oriental design. The breakfast was very delicious and diverse, with a lot of different things. We were offered a lot of different activities in and around Luxor, including for example guides for Valley of the Kings or other temples, as well as Felucca rides, Kamel riding or hot air balloon sighting for a fair price. Most of the sights are also easily accessible by foot. The Hotel also organised Taxis for us from the airport and back. In the evenings we were invited to have dinner made from organic and regional produce, which was really good and also nice for experiencing the different regional dishes. All in all we’re very thankful for the great kindness of all the people in Layla Resort and would definitely come back any time.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were amazing, especially Chedli, who made our experience memorable. A big thanks to Ahmed for showing us some of the most incredible sights, and a special shoutout to Mahmoud for his attention to detail and exceptional care. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful experience

Property had great views. Was close to public transport and the boat port to cross to the east bank. The food was great and the rooms were beautiful surrounded by pretty farms and a view of the mountain lit up at night. Owner and staff were very kind and friendly too with great service and amenities offered like extra beds and clothes washing and ironing.

The best brekfasts in Luxor, really nice organic garden and very quite, the building is very nice

Wi-fi is fine but does not reach all rooms

The team was very supportiv when ever we had a need. Weather if it was taxi ride, a drink or anything that would make our stay more comfortable. They are having a vegetable garden. It is a very quiet and peaceful place.

Some parts are still under construction, but this dosen't really influence the experience.

Everything. The family were wonderful, english speaking, caring and worked hard on making the stay a good experience. They helped organise everything tuktuks, cars, hot air balloon rides, pickups in aswan, answering questions. We did not have to ask for prices for everything and when we paid for everything in the end all prices were very reasonable. It was nice to relax there and not have to haggle for every little thing. Everyone we met here including guests were very nice Wonderful garden for the kids to run around in 10 Minutes to valley of the kings / queens and things to see on the west bank Great breakfast and dinner (we did not have lunch there). I am already missing breakfast in the garden. We stayed for 4 nights

not really a negative but a good to know. You need to let the staff know 20-30 minutes before you want dinner and ideally if you want to have breakfast it is good to tell them the night before so that they can prepare especially early breakfast

The host and staff were helpful. We had a lot of experiences thanks to Kareem. He helped in everything and made the vacation very easy.
