Friendly staff, good value, good work space in room

Breakfast was basic, only one item included in room rate, extra items were charged ($5)

Breakfast was delicious each morning, the room cleaned to good standard and the location perfect for where we wanted to stay in the city. Cheap accommodation and would recommend staying here.

Nightclub near by that keeps you up at night. The pool area could be a bit tidier and bug free, just needs a little bit of a do up.

Excellent location, the team is great, the rooms are clean and the pool is spectacular.

Our initial impression of the hotel was fine and the rooms have a good size. The pool is also fine however not much sun due to the shade from the building and trees.

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS!! We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel and sadly the hotel would not acknowledge the problem. First we got a room where the air conditioner did not work (this is a problem as it is very warm here). We call the reception with the problem. The person who answered ended up hanging up the phone with no solution. We then went down to the reception and insisted on a solution. He sent us back to our room and told us to wait a few minutes and he would calls us. We waited almost an hour and then he offered us to change room. The new room we got the air condition did also not work and so we told the guy at the reception. He then told us to go by our self and check two rooms to see if they worked there… it didn’t. In the end he managed to find a room where it worked however there was a leak in the ceiling in the toilet - luckily over the shower, so we decided to live with it. The next evening when we came home from dinner we found a lot of ants in our bed. Again we contacted the reception with our problem. Again we had to go to the reception twice before they bothered coming to our room. The solution this time was spraying our room and bed with bug poison and quickly sweeping the dead ants of the bed. We then had to insist our selfs to have the linens changed as we did not want to sleep in the poison. But the guy did not understand English and after a lot of google translate he came back with two sheets and took our duvet - apparently the did not have any other duvet or rooms for us. So only the duvet was changed and we could sleep with the poisonous sheet and the rest of the dead ants despite our demand for a new room. The next morning we had to check out and we went to speak to some of the staff that understood some English. But after we tried to explain our bad experience but with the room but also the staff as we had to come for them twice, they refused to give any compensation - they were simply not willing to talk to us!

Location was great next to Bassac lane close to multiple bars and restaurant but quiet Room was big Bathroom super nice Staff nice and helpful, arranged to rent a scooter Pool is refreshing Breakfast was big
