The lobby is very welcoming, and the breakfast was good. Big room, very big bathroom. Walls and floors are made of modern polished concrete style which is very beautiful. Comfortable place and a nice swimming pool. Many restaurants around.

The aircon set was leaking on the door, which made it being on a state of rotting. There is no lift, which is a pity for a good place like that.

Nice small hotel within walking distance to a lot of places. I really liked the design / architecture! Good selection for breakfast. Clean pool with plenty of towels.

Look, it should be obvious by now, but the pub next door is quite loud. We knew this and it didn't bother us therefore - especially because we happened to stay during a major festival, so the whole town was celebrating! It was actually quite fun listening to them sing along and party. If you are sensitive to noise, choose somewhere else, it is not the hotels fault that the pub closes late.

Room was modern and spacious.

Prepare yourself for very loud noise from a disco/bar behind the hotel. The EDM and Kpop music blasts until very late at night. If this would be here, the hotel would be 10/10

Location =fantastic! Close to all the bars & beautiful restaurants in Bassac Lane

The noise from the bar / nightclub behind the hotel meant very little sleep for the 2 nights. If we were staying a third night we would have switched hotels.

Breakfast was good but way to small, room was clean and comfy, staff was nice. No hot water in the shower, they say it needs time but I waited veeerryy long, there is no hot water in 3 days… I thing for that price you should get hot water and enough breakfast!

Location was good. Kept our luggage in lobby after we had check out until we left for Siem Reap later that day.

Found a clump of hair on the shower wall which wasn't mine or my partner's. So place wasn't clean.
