great stay! suite was very spacious and clean

No coffee table in the living room.

location was great. Apartment was large with full kitchen.

furniture was a bit dated. The type of furniture and the arrangement of it in the apartment was odd. Could have used a good nonstick frying pan.

I usually stay at the one in new Rochelle, white plains is way better more spacious cleaner bathrooms.

We stayed in two one-bedroom King suites while visiting family in the area. When we checked in, we requested housekeeping, but received none. After several complaints, one of our suites got new towels, and the trash was emptied, but plates of half-eaten food were left on the table and the bed wasn’t made. The other suite received no service. When we arrived, the TV in one bedroom wasn’t working, and the air conditioner was making loud bangs and screeches. The TV was fixed the next day, but the air conditioner continued to keep us up at night. Although the hotel was recently “renovated,” it was only skin-deep. In addition to the malfunctioning air conditioning, the kitchen and bathroom cabinets were painted, not replaced, and there was missing grout in the bathroom and other imperfections that showed the building’s age. We have Titanium status, which means we have stayed in many many Marriotts all over the world over the last 40 years. This one is definitely one of the worst.

It was a short stay, but very limited to accommodation for transportation and dining.

Poor lighting in bathroom. Overall tired appearance. Staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast very good.

This property was conveniently located and was clean and quiet. It could definitely use some updating. Also there is only paid parking.
