"There are much cheaper and better options to stay in Key Largo"

The beach, the running trail just near the highway, the free bycicles

The bed's mattress was the worst I've got in hotels in my whole life. It has a real deep hole. Woke up during night in a pain of my back ..... Next morning after asked to change for the new one, the did it within 15 min. Then all was great! All facilities are kind of old ..... Too much added costs to the bill ......

"Great fun in the sun, would do it again!"

Everything about the property is well thought out and easy to access. It’s a great location especially with kids as the beach is shallow and you can spend the day without having to worry about waves or high water.

The staff give out the paddle boards without fins for steering and stabilization, which causes chaos and a bad experience for beginners. Also water sports are limited to a very small area.

Absolutely loved it here - the most beautiful property and setting, relaxing. The staff were fantastic. Refillable water bottles which was a nice touch. Great gym facilities. Great for kids, just loved it all round.

Couldn’t comment - I wish we could have stayed longer.

We had all the appetizers to share and it was more than enough food for all 4 of us. It was all delicious and the service was impeccable! Virginia took care of us, was very personable, and made it a very wonderful experience!

We loved the children’s daily activities. Fishing on the pier in the mornings was a big hit! The bicycles were also a favorite! We loved the pool, poolside bar, and towel “bar.” The great lawn was fun for the entire family. The grounds and island decor were beautiful. The staff was super friendly and attentive!

The rooms need updating. We had several broken lamps, floor that was peeling up, chipped walls. It looked dingy and very sparsely decorated. Definitely didn’t equal the luxurious feel to the outside of the resort.
