Baker's Cay Resort Key Largo, Curio Collection By Hilton

This resort was beautiful. Our bedroom was in the hammock wing and overlooked palm trees and the sea. There was lots for the kids to do. Pools are pretty small. A good base for the keys.

We booked this hotel through Amex travel and could not have been more disappointed. Upon arrival we were given a room that had not been cleaned and still had the previous guest trash. As we were moving to the new room we noticed discarded razor blades, condom wrappers, a broken box fan and general garbage outside of the rooms. pics attached. The manager was apologetic and offered us a discount but we moved to a different hotel.

The food was excellent, friendly staff, loved how beach chairs and activities were available and also liked the quite areas where you could sit by the water and relax

cost was high but it was nice to not have to leave the property

Our family visited Baker’s Cay resort for spring break and had a great experience. The property is beautiful, all of the employees are very pleasant and helpful and the location is great. Overall, a very good experience. I only have a couple of suggestions for the resort: 1- add a microwave to the rooms. We stayed in a junior suite and it was very a nice room and had a separate living area and mini refrigerator. As a family of four, we ate out a lot and came back with leftovers. The only way to heat up leftover food was to bring it to the front desk to use their microwave which was not convenient. 2-Keep the coffee bar open throughout the afternoon. The resort has a very nice coffee bar in the lobby with great service and options, but it closes at 11 AM. A lot of people like coffee in the afternoon and I feel it would do well to stay open later.

Very quiet and relaxing resort, warm customer experience, neat and beautiful environment. Loved the tacos and French toast. Neat rooms and amazing customer service. It's got great ballrooms for weddings and other events. It's worth the drive. Perfect place to de-stress.

Lovely facilities, great staff, nice activities for children like the silent disco

Food was very expensive and I would say overpriced. Nowhere near enough sun loungers for guests by the pool or the beach.

We stayed here for 3 days. Each night we returned to our room after a day in the sun to find it not cleaned (this is around 5 PM). Had to request room service each day, and each day had to specifically request new towels because apparently that was not part of the clean up. Complained to the front desk and got no help. It also took two days and multiple requests for the hotel to supply shampoo. Zero effort made to address these issues. Plenty of other resorts in the Keys.

Kerisha was an amazing server. I liked her great service so much last year that we came back this year with several friends. We are actually not staying at the hotel, we drove all the way down from Boca Raton because I told them how great the chicken wings were here. They thought I was nuts for driving 2 hours south just for some chicken wings at lunch time, but it didn't take long for my group to be completely convinced that it was worth the drive, that only for the great chicken wings but the incredible service and personality from our server kerisha.
