The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa

As always, a down-to-earth upscale stay. The staff - notably Donna in the restaurant- were as friendly and helpful as ever. Also, love the facility updates!

We love coming here and do come here often! The weekend buffet is such a treat. We love the view and the vibe of the restaurant. Makes for a very pleasant experience.

Our stay was amazing. A few highlights: Dinner at the Tequila Lounge was fantastic - great drinks, live music, and tasty bites. The service by our waitress Iris was A+! We enjoyed our breakfast at the La Luz. I ordered the breakfast Buffett which included the omelette station and it was phenomenal. Thank you, Jacob, for the delicious omelette!

This resort was first class all the way! The rooms are nicely decorated and roomy! There are several view options too. The pools were so much fun especially the slide. The food from the restaurant was very good. Overall it was so much fun in the sun!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at the Westin La Paloma. The room was perfect and the Resort grounds and amenities were excellent. The service was stellar and everyone made our stay so enjoyable. In particular, Teddy and Luis at the bar, Tyler (Poolside Bar) and Remy in the coffee shop were shining stars and really went out of their way to make us feel so comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Came for breakfast with the family. The omelet station that Jacob was running was legit. He had a little bit of everything for everyone. Omelets came out fantastic. The staff was very nice and attentive as well. Will come back soon

Teddy, Luis, Alejandro, were so accommodating and friendly as always and know exactly what we need. Great customer service!!!!

The hotel was great. The lobby bar was phenomenal. Teddy and Luis were great bartenders. I will definitely be back again.

Teddy, the bartender and Michele the front desk host were fantastic!!!. Teddy the bartender was kind smart, gentle professional knowledgeable and was the perfect bartender and I used to bartend so I know he needs a raise he’s fantastic. Michelle reached out to me before I came to the hotel texted me and said I was welcome and if I needed anything and then I wasn’t feeling well after day staying here and she texted me and said I’m so sorry to hear that and she sent me a ginger ale. Please give accolades to both Teddy and Michelle both were an amazing but I hung around Teddy More and I’m just so impressed with them. Five star accommodations from me and I will be back here in a couple months and I can’t wait.!!!🙏🏽🥰

Today I joined my boyfriend’s family at La Paloma for their Breakfast with Santa event. Jacob was manning the omelette bar. Not only were the omelettes delicious but Jacob served us promptly, even with a long line. I wanted to tip him and he said the very best thing I could do for him was leave a positive review. This event was very busy and he was very kind and patient with everyone he served. His guest service and the relations are impeccable. Even in what some would consider to be a minor role.
