"Short but pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza"

Seems like quite some renovation happened since I have been here a few years back. Rooms look really nice and the reception area is quite fancy. The front desk is super friendly and helped with a quick check in. Rooms are big and well cleaned.

The facility is nice and clean. The people are friendly. Unfortunately based on the way the buildings are structured, smoking is allowed so that kind of sucks. Otherwise, it's fine.

"5 star stay!"

Loved my stay at Crown Plaza Chandler Golf Resort. The location is perfect - so many shops and dining options just a few steps away. The atmosphere is beautiful - the grounds, pool, on-site dining. And the staff was very friendly. My room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. I’ll book there again next time I’m in town!

"Beautiful luxury resort and hotel"

We had a great stay at Crowne Plaza Resort Phoenix. The room was exceptional; nice amount of space with a full-size couch and desk. Bathroom lighting was best we have seen in a hotel room, with extra exterior mirror, counter and chair. Very comfortable bed. Luxury level accommodations that exceeded our expectations. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The entire room looked to be recently updated. Bedding and towels were high quality and luxurious. We did not use the pool, but it was a beautiful setting with palm trees and orange trees. A bonus was the fragrant orange blossoms that were in bloom while we were there. Also heard some sort of birds singing in the palm trees but could not actually see them. Used the lobby as a space to visit and relax with friends. Nicely laid out furniture groupings to socialize without being near others allowed for privacy for our group. Many great restaurants are a short walk from the hotel. We plan to return for another stay here in the future.
