Nice facilities. Really good breakfast in the morning. It has bar , so no need to walk any where . Room was clean, air cond cold, bad is absolutely good.

I did an overnight stay at the Crowne Plaza, San Marcos in Chandler, Arizona with my oldest daughter. The grounds are well maintained, the rooms are spacious, very clean and equipped with all necessary amenities, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location of the property is ideal and walkable to all food, drink, and entertainment venues in downtown Chandler, Arizona. I would highly recommend this property if you’re visiting the Phoenix area. It’s a great value, and it is close to the freeways, allowing you to easily navigate to the Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe areas.

We arrived at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at 3:00 PM friday, but our room wasn’t ready until around 3:20 PM. After settling in, we placed a brand new navy blue polo shirt on top of the bed and went to the pool. When we returned about an hour later, the shirt was missing. We immediately contacted the front desk to report the issue, explaining that someone must have entered the room and taken the shirt. Unfortunately, the front desk staff said they couldn’t assist or even check the call logs until the following day at 9:00 AM. There was no sense of urgency or accountability. It was extremely concerning to have something taken from our room in such a short window of time—especially during a one-night stay. It felt dishonest and unsettling. The following two day, Sunday at 3:53 PM, we received a call from Alana stating that housekeeping had “found” the missing shirt. However, they could not confirm where exactly it was found—only that it turned up among the linens. This explanation made no sense, as our room was clean upon check-in and no linens had been used during that short period. When we went to pick up the shirt, the front desk refused to let us speak with a manager.

My go to place when I am in Chandler for business, the front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming. The pool area is great & the rooms are good even if they are a bit old, beds are comfy. There are so many different restaurants surrounding the hotel area that you never have to go hungry or thirsty.

Room smelled from sewer gas. Curtains and lamp shade were worn , tattered and let light through. Grounds seemed dirty.

Great staff, great location. Reception went above and beyond showing appreciation for my business. Great location in the middle of a walkanl area full restaurants. Property is well maintained and staff is attentive. Parking is free and easily available. Recommend.
