Okay, it is convenient, but it was a shame that the bar wasn't open when I was here. Also, while it is conveniently located near the Frankfurt railway station, I have to admit that I really don't like the area. While it isn't the hotel's fault, I wouldn't recommend people staying in the area and instead try to find some other place to stay that is safer.

Good hotel spoiled by no room service, so same towels from Friday check in until Monday checkout so 3 nights and morning. I left the yes please tag on Saturday and Sunday morning but got nothing cleaned or towel changed. Room card failed 2 days running and receptionist said they had been having problems for a few months now, hence the no clean towels. Breakfast was good, room quiet. Good location and plenty of advice leaflets.

We arrived to the hotel past midnight with large baggage and were told the systems were not working. They couldn’t give us a room and offered for us to wait/sleep in the lobby to wait until their system worked or look for another hotel. Everything around was booked. The hotel said they would request a full refund for us for the inconvenience they caused.
