We left early in the morning and when we came back we realized that nobody had changed our towels out. When we called the front desk they were rude and we had to go to the front desk to get our towels. I didn’t realize that you don’t get service anymore.
Bathroom was old and floor was horrible stained. The wallpaper in the halls was peeling and wrinkled. Needs a complete remodel.
The highlight of the stay was the friendly front desk staff. The low light was the condition of the room: Strange stains on the curtains. Ripped sofa. Broken toilet holder. Holes on the wall, where towel rack was repaired. The alarm clock didn't work. No USB port to charge our phones. I took photos of all this, if you're interested.
The toilet ran….the floor in bathroom was stained…toilet paper holder was coming off wall. The food was blah and the drink (gin and tonic) was very weak. I swam 600 yards a day. The the pool was very clean and the coldest I have ever been in
So bad experience.
They had guys running around the hallway, slamming doors and smoking weed, complaint to the front desk twice at 10pm and 10:37, till the fire alarm went off, fire dept came in till around 2:00am!

I was disappointed that there was no breakfast the entire weekend after paying for the breakfast in advance! And now im having problems reaching management to obtain a receipt in order to get reimbursed. Not great!
Bed was very comfortable. Rollin shower functional, ease of someone wheelchair dependent getting in and out of bed in into bathroom very good.
