Never stayed at this location before. Very clean with helpful staff and on-site bar and breakfast in the morning. Food was great! Very reasonably priced for a summer Saturday. I would stay here again if in the area!
The staff was wonderful. The equipment of the building had some problems. My A/C unit would only keep the temperature at a very cold 59 degrees and no matter what setting you were on, it would inevitably go back to 59 degrees.
Service was excellent, room was very clean but dated.

Waited in line for an hour just to check in. Apparently they had no clean rooms and there was a big group who were there for a tournament, in front of us. They should have been more prepared!!!! Was ridiculous!!
We went down for concert that started at 8 we got to the hotel lobby at 5:06 pm waiting 2 HOURS AND 16 mins to check it!!!!! By the time we got up to the hotel room and change our clothes we missed the first three songs of one of our favorite artists. The staff was doing everything they could to try to calm down the long long line of concert goers that where missing there concert do to not being able to check into the hotel room we paid for!!! Worst experience with a hotel I have encountered and will look elsewhere next time I’m booking. Want to make it very clear that the staff was incredible but the whole experience was very upsetting and something I will absolutely avoid going back to
