Check in process took over an hour
We arrived just after 3 for check in and there was no rooms available. We got in a room after 4:15 causing us to be late for our event, which was the whole reason we came to stay here. It was very inconvenient and not properly managed by staff. It was a free for all at that point. They’d have you wait but then if people came in after you and a room was available they’d get it before you so we had to be

The location was ideal for taking an Uber to the xfinity theater. The room was clean, staff were friendly. We would stay again!
Our stay was terrible. Tha main issue was how dirty the room was full of dust even in the coffee maker. I would not stay here again. Very disappointing as I’ve stayed in other Holiday Inns and this one is the worst. Definitely hurts the brand.
Room very comfortable, and relaxing. Plenty of parking and accessed to local retail stores
Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Room was a little dated. Room smelled like someone smoked in there recently.
Light fixture missing in bathe, floor stained. Bed skirt to big king size on a full size bed. Tripping constantly over it. TV service went out Sunday. Wash clothes extremely dingy
