The carpets at this hotel are dirty and sticky. Specially the carpets in the hallways. Tv didn’t work. We traveled with a baby and asked for a microwave to heat up the baby bottles. We were told to use the one by the front desk instead. I almost puked when I opened it (filthy). The gym has weights up to 50lbs but there was water all over the floor, which is super dangerous if you are moving weights around.. The rooms smelled damp and the hallways smelled like cigarettes. I could go on… oh and Breakfast is $15 per person
Most unfriendly front desk. I had booked a room with two double beds but got a small king bed. Response was, Hotels.com always over books . Which is not true, never happened before. The room had not been cleaned for a while. Thank God we were staying there only one night on our way to New York.
The people at the front desk tried to help, but it was basically one problem after another. Also, the restaurant was deserted, and even though it was supposed to be open, was completely closed and I didn’t find out until the last minute in both cases when I tried to dine there
Great proximity to convention centre, loved the daily walk. Hotel seems like it’s had water issues on the top floor
The first room was not clean and the A/C was broken. The second room was cleaner, but have been cleaned better. When I got on the elevator, I knew the rooms would not be clean because the elevator was not clean.
They were short staff and the room wasn't that clean. The bathroom was worst. I had to request clean towels and it was NO where near the price to pay for that.
Clean and friendly. Very close to the xfinity theater which made our adventure so much better!
It was convenient to our agenda and the room was plenty large. Hallway outside our room was in need of repair from water damage. We got comp breakfast with our stay but the restaurant tried to charge us and the front desk was not so nice when i asked about the complimentary tickets for our breakfast.
It was a fine hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I arrived early and was able to get a room, which was great as I had traveled all night long and was looking forward to resting. The kitchen was open at the bar so I was able to get dinner there in the evening. The next morning when I went down for breakfast, there was none, only a sign saying sorry for the inconvenience. The kind woman at the front desk apologized and said they never knew what was happening with the restaurant. If I had a car on this trip I would’ve just gone out for breakfast, but that wasn’t an option. Or I could’ve planned ahead had I known there would be no breakfast the evening before. That was the only disappointment with the property.
My overall experience here would be summed up into a couple of words “NEVER AGAIN”. The property itself is outdated and unkept. Tiles and carpeting appear to have not been cleaned in months. Will be calling corporate for compensation.
