Bed was good. Room was clean. We paid for breakfast and restaurant was closed. Shower head was coming out of wall. Shower rod was pulled out of wall. There was no Kleenex and none at front desk.

Mildew In sink , shower , carpet had a foul smell , walls had finger prints on them. Sheetz smelled awful as if they weren’t changed . Bathroom is small couldn’t sit on toilet without touching tub and sink . Just awful . Parking lot dirty with tons of trash . Do not waste your money

"You get what you pay for"

If you think the price on this property is too good to be true, you’re right. This property has seen better days. There was water damage on the ceilings in the bathrooms. There was water damage in the corners of the rooms were the wallpaper was peeling away and in the hallways outside of our rooms. There was no housekeeping provided. When we went to the front desk to ask for coffee on the second morning, we were only allowed 2 k-cups for three adults renting two rooms. The drain plug was out of one of the tubs, and the shower filled up with water up to your ankles when we took showers. There was no information in the room about how to call the front desk what the Wi-Fi password was or anything like that. The hotel has a restaurant, but it doesn’t appear to be staffed most of the time. However, breakfast was good, and the one person who seemed to be working, who waited on us was efficient and very friendly. On the upside, there is plenty of free parking, and the location is close to downtown.

Unfortunately, our bathroom had several areas with mold and it was quite dirty in our room; I mentioned this to the staff but I'm glad we were only there for one night.

The parking lot felt unsafe for the area. We got into the room and the refrigerator wasn’t working it wasn’t plugged in so I went to plug it in and there was a used mask underneath the desk. I went to get ice and the machine was covered in what looked like black mold. The floors were disgusting and the bathroom was dirty. Thankfully we were only there one night I would have been better sleeping in my car. Being allergic to mold made us both sick. Thinking about calling the health department.

Staff was lovely and professional - when I could find one. Hotel seems desperately understaffed. First room smelled of mildew and there was partially-drunk liquor bottles in the mini fridge. We were immediately moved to another room which was better but not by much - remote control broken, etc. The convenience shop in the lobby was mostly empty and the single drink fridge broken. I accidentally left some property in the room (I eventually got it back!! Thanks Chris!). It took me 90 minutes to get a person on the phone to find my lost items - neither the front desk nor the lost & found ever picked up the phone or returned a message. When I did finally talk to Chris, we were disconnected and then when I called back no one knew how to reconnect me. I called the corporate office, started a claim, and was told I would be contacted within 48 hours. I was not. Again, I got my property back thanks to Chris. This hotel seemed like a condemned property totally abandoned by the company with approximately 3 absolutely lovely employees. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, but I would hire all the employees.
