Room was not clean and towels were not changed. Dinner was sickening, cold and vegetables overcooked.
Staff and housekeeping were extremely excellent. Hotel needs to upgrade and modify rooms and accommodation for guest. Very good location but needs work along with renovations. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
Not best place to stay. The room was not very clean bathtub plugged.😏
The price is great for being close to downtown but the property needs updating (which of course would impact costs). Room was dusty, facial tissues were just shoved into the box to refill rather than providing new box (I think that’s not hygienic) Overall staff friendly and helpful.
Was easy to get in and out of, all the elevators worked
TV didn’t work correctly. The fitness room didn’t have working machines. The water pressure was very low. Location inconveniet
I only stayed one night but this hotel was really clean and had a nice large parking lot. Super convenient to hop right on the highway and get where ever you need.
Jalen who worked there was great. The other workers were very u professional and rude.
The hotel was not clean, the staff in the restaurant was rude, Fire alarm went off at 11:30 Friday night and no one was telling us anything or said anything to us the entire weekend,
Check in, the line was super long. Waited 15 mins to check in. Once we got to our room it smelled like smoked. Breakfast you had topay $15 dollars.
